Remote Identity Management Engineer

Position Overview:

Do you have a passion for securing access and managing user identities? Are you an expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions?
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Engineer to join our team! In this remote role, you will provide critical support for our client's IAM infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient user access.

Responsibilities:

• Support Identity Management servers (e.g., UserApp) and Access Management servers (e.g., Microfocus Access Manager)
• Perform server patching, upgrades, and builds
• Collaborate with Microfocus support on troubleshooting and resolving outages
• Participate in IAM-related projects, such as application deployments and upgrades

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as an Identity Management Engineer
• Proven track record of success working with IAM technologies, including:
• Identity Management servers (e.g., UserApp)
• iManager
• LDAP
• Microfocus Access Manager
• NetIQ eDirectory
• OAuth

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Windows Active Directory (AD)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Deep understanding of various IAM solutions, including directory services, access management tools, and authentication protocols
